Psoriasis: The Naked Truth is a worldwide educational programme that aims to raise awareness of the physical and emotional impact of psoriasis. The centrepiece of Psoriasis: The Naked Truth is a photographic exhibition that captures the experience of living with psoriasis through real-life images and personal stories.
The Exhibition
People with psoriasis are often judged by their skin. It can make living with the disease embarrassing, isolating and even devastating.
Nineteen brave people with psoriasis came from around the world with a common goal – for people to look beyond their skin and see the person beneath. They wanted to tell the truth, the ‘Naked Truth’, about what it’s like to live with psoriasis.
Each person dared to bare their skin in a photo shoot, the result is Psoriasis: The Naked Truth, a series of individual and inspiring portraits that reveal the challenges and triumphs of living with psoriasis.
